After talking with DF, we decided this week would be the best one to book in the doggies for de-sexing. In a few weeks we are going away for the weekend and taking them, so it would be nice if they were recovered, and a little calmer.
Jed is also getting his annual checkup and heartworm injection, plus both of them are getting microchipped.
I have no idea how much this is going to cost but I think it will be in the vicinity of $500-$600. Ah well. If we hadn't done it, we would have paid $224 in total just to register both of them, in a months time. As opposed to just $20 it will now cost us.
I know that there is a remote chance there could be complications, as with any surgical procedure, but I am trying not to think about that!
Please keep Jed & Banjo in your thoughts today! The vet will call me in three to four hours to let me know how it went.
