yay! extra money!

Yesterday I listed four items on eBay, and I have already sold two of them for the Buy It Now price! (skincare products) I don't really think I am undercharging - I put a $25 buy it now price on the 60mL bottle of lotion and a $28 buy it now price on three of the 120mL toners - i've sold a toner and the lotion so far. I'm THRILLED!

Other unexpected money:
logged onto my Paypal account and found I had $10 balance in there from two surveys I did that I didn't expect money for. Also I have ordered a $20 gift card from another survey site. I am waiting till I sell all the items on eBay before I withdraw the money from paypal. I listed a dvd on oztion ages ago and it still has not sold, so I am thinking of taking it off there and putting it on eBay.

I just love extra money!

    That is great. Do you buy the skincare products wholesale and then resell? I definitely want to try selling something on eBay in 2009 as I have lots of things I could get rid of to simplify my life.

    Do you think anyone would buy Clinique stuff (like 'clarifying lotion' and 'wash away gel cleanser' that I used a few times but realized it wasn't right for my skin? For instance, I have a 6.7 Fl. Oz. bottle of clarifying lotion that I've used probably less than 1/10 of. Would anyone buy that? I guess it wouldn't hurt to try...

    I also went to get some lipstick and eyeliner from them and they didn't have either, so they gave me a different kind of lipstick and a 7 day scrub cream that I haven't used. Would someone buy that?

    I have a few skincare products that have been given to me as gifts, that I know I won't use. I never thought of putting them on Ebay. Great idea!

    analise: i get the products sent to me every two months and sometimes i still have some left when i get a new pack of it - i forget to call them sometimes to postpone the delivery and i just sell them on ebay. I only make a couple of dollars profit but atleast i get my money back - other wise they would just sit there in my bathroom.

    cptacek - you could give it a try. you may not get much for them, but if it's between throwing it out and getting a couple of bucks then it's atleast worth it.
