$1268.13 in interest!

That is how much our first addition of interest was for our mortgage. Kind of exciting even though it is really NOT exciting at all...

Our new loan balance is $303 117.38 - at least it is still UNDER the initial borrowed balance, eh?

    Doesn't sound that bad to me. (Says I in California). Wink
    It will get better. Some of our first payments were as much. These days our interest portion is only $850/month. It gets better!!! If you keep chugging along and don't borrow more anyway. Big Grin
